Therefore we established a new service called - "Golden property" where for a one off fee we can provide the leg work and deliver you a selection of properties based on your initial criteria without you going anywhere. With access to thousands of properties through out Slovakia we are able to deliver a decent selection of properties.
From this selection you can pick properties you wish to view, arrange your trip and come to view them at your own pace. Alternatively you can book an inspection trip with us - add link to inspection trips and charges.

Our Other Services
Register property for property tax - when you purchase a property in Slovakia you will need to register it with the local council by the end of January following the year in which you purchased the property.
Register for utilities and opening of bank accounts - once the property is in your name you will need to transfer the utilities to your own name, also we can help you to set up a Slovakian bank account.
Accountancy and taxation services - we have teamed up with a local accountancy firm to provide additional services to our clients. They can complete basic accounting procedures for Slovakian limited companies, tax returns and VAT registrations.
