Thank you for arranging and accompanying us on our visit to Slovakia to see different areas of the country, also to view land and properties for sale. Thank you also to your representative in Slovakia for driving us to all the different places (which we would never have found on our own!). It was an interesting 6 days. There are good opportunities to be had at this time when Slovakia is opening up to foreign investment, whether a purchase is purely for investment or a second home.

The capital, Bratislava was interesting and as there were plenty of foreign tour groups in the old city and castle area, we think this indicates a growing interest in the country. We were amazed to find everyday living costs considerably cheaper and supermarkets with names we recognised from the UK! There were a good range of white goods and kitchen appliances, as well as other electrical items and home entertainment. We were made welcome everywhere we went, but we are aware that we will have a better chance of being understood if we can speak/understand a few words of Slovak. Luckily, the menus were mostly in Slovak/German and English, so it looks like we get to choose what we eat, even if you are not around!

Jim and I would like to say a big thank you to you and your company. It was a great help to us. Firstly your website was excellent where we saw our beautiful blacksmith's cottage. Only one phone call and we were on our way to Slovakia flight and hotel all arranged by you. In Slovakia, Slavo met us at the airport and stayed with us, showing us your beautiful country. The mountains and lakes are breathtaking. We were shown a few properties for sale as well as our cottage which we fell in love with and bought.

The people are very friendly, the food nice and the cost is very cheap. The weather suits us as it's warm in summer and snowy in winter; as we both ski we can't wait to spend our first winter there. We have never bought a property so easily as we did with your company. You did it all for us from start to finish, even had it all translated for us. Your after sales service is excellent. After we bought our house in Slovakia, Slavo has helped to set everything up in Slovakia, he is one of the nicest people we have met. He has a lovely attitude, very informative and helps you with anything you need. We hope that when we move to Slovakia we will still remain friends. Please say a big thank you to him from us.
